Our Protection Program
At Health Action in South Sudan (HASS), we believe that health extends far beyond the absence of disease. It encompasses the presence of dignity, safety, and equal rights, which are essential for individuals and communities to thrive. Our approach to protection is rooted in this understanding, recognizing that a safe and supportive environment is critical for overall well-being.
Our Protection Program is specifically designed to create and foster such environments, with a focus on supporting vulnerable groups, including women, children, and other marginalized communities. By working to prevent violence, exploitation, and neglect, we aim to empower individuals and communities to live with dignity and without fear. Through our program, we strive to ensure that everyone has access to the protection and support they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
